BIGGEST Makeup Mistake #1


Are you guilty of not washing your face every night before bed?
I think it's safe to say that us women don't wash our face EVERY night before bed. You come home late on a Friday night and the last thing you want to do is go wash your face before you go to bed and fall asleep. In reality our laziness could be costing us a lot more than a couple of minutes of sleep that we don't want to loose. Studies have shown that every night you do not take off your makeup by washing your face your skin ages at least 6 days. The makeup will settle deep into your pores causing them to clog and prevent cell renewal as well.

Now the best way to take care of your skin at night is to try your best not to go without washing your face.   1. The first thing you should do is use a cleanser to remove your makeup as well as dirt or oil.
